Q. HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKET?
A. All our tickets are issued as e-tickets. You can either print these off or have them ready to show on your phone/device at ticket check. If you have any queries with regards to our ticketing, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q. WILL THERE BE FOOD & DRINK AT THE SCREENING?
A. We have a bar on-site serving a full selection of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, as well as various food options. Please refrain from bringing outside food and drink to the Moviefest screening as it will not be allowed into the venue.
Q. WHAT'S A VIP TICKET?
A. A VIP ticket gives you the best seats in the house, right at the front, with the added benefit of a branded lanyard and a meet and greet before the screening.
Q. CAN I SMOKE AT THE SCREENING?
A. Smoking is not permitted inside the venue. If you wish to smoke at an event, you will be asked to leave the venue and will be readmitted once you are finished. Please dispose of your rubbish responsibly.
Q. WILL THERE BE TOILET FACILITIES AT THE SCREENINGS?
A. Yes, all our our screenings have toilet facilities, including accessible facilities.
Q. CAN I BRING CHILDREN?
A. Unfortunately, due to the film’s certification as a 15, anyone under 15 will not be permitted access.
Q. WHAT IF I FORGET MY TICKET?
A. Please bring your ticket along – if you do forget it, we have a record of all bookings, so if you provide our steward with your details we can admit you into the event.
Q. IS THERE WHEELCHAIR ACCESS?
A. Yes, we have wheelchair accessible seats in the venue. If you require a wheelchair seat or wheelchair access, please email us and we can assist you in booking your tickets.
